The one-time Launch Project starts at $8,000, with final pricing based on the scope, platform, and complexity of the build. It covers brand identity, website design and development, technical SEO and AI search setup, and GA4 conversion tracking. It includes up to 2 rounds of revisions and a defined page count. Everything is scoped upfront. Additional pages, extra revision rounds, or requirements uncovered after scoping are quoted separately, so there are no surprises on either side.

How do the retainer tiers work?

After launch, ongoing work moves to a monthly retainer. Foundation ($1,500/month) keeps your site secure, fast, and visible. Growth ($4,000/month) adds Google Ads, ongoing SEO, and active campaigns. Full-Stack Partner ($9,500/month) adds hands-on fractional marketing and creative leadership, plus AI strategy. Each tier has a defined monthly scope, and you can move up a tier as your needs grow without restarting the relationship.

Are ad spend and platform fees included?

Accepted Answer

No. Ad budgets and platform or hosting fees, like a Webflow or Shopify plan, are paid directly by you or your partner, so you keep full ownership of your accounts and every ad dollar goes to your campaigns. The retainer covers the strategy, management, and work itself.

Most fractional leaders advise, then hand the work to someone else. I do both. The Launch Project works as a standalone engagement if you just need a brand refresh or a new site with no ongoing commitment. AI Strategy Consulting is also available on its own, separate from the retainer tiers.

A working session (or series of sessions) to figure out where AI genuinely fits your business, whether that's your own workflow, your marketing, or your product, grounded in what's actually useful right now rather than hype. It's available standalone or bundled into the Full-Stack Partner tier.

Do you help my business show up in AI search, like Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, and Gemini?

Accepted Answer

Yes. This is now part of standard SEO work, not a separate add-on. I structure your site's content, schema, and messaging so AI answer engines can accurately find, understand, and recommend your business, alongside traditional Google rankings. You may also hear it called generative engine optimization (GEO) or answer engine optimization (AEO).

Which platform should my website be built on?

Accepted Answer

It depends on your business, not on a favorite tool. A custom Next.js build suits brands that want full ownership and top performance. Webflow, WordPress, or Shopify suit teams that want to edit content or sell online on their own. An AI-accelerated build suits businesses that need a professional site quickly and at a lower cost. I recommend the right fit during the discovery call.

How fast can we get started?

Accepted Answer

Usually within a week of an initial discovery call. Since it's one person handling strategy, design, and build rather than a chain of internal handoffs, there's less lag between deciding to move forward and actual work starting.
